We are on a mission to ensure that Latino children have access to the same therapy services as any other child living in Oklahoma. We are a multi-disciplinary team of therapists and administrative staff passionate about serving the needs of our patients and the community. 

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time bilingual patient representative to join our front desk team at our NW OKC office. The ideal candidate is a friendly, energetic, outgoing individual with extensive computer experience, excellent communication skills, and a problem solver that enjoys finding innovative ways to work efficiently and effectively in a high-paced environment. Our clinic is located inside the Shepherd Center at NW 23rd and Villa.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet our incoming patients, families, and guests
  • Provide translation services as needed for therapy and evaluation
  • Answer incoming phone calls  
  • Check-in patients upon arrival in a timely and prompt manner
  • Scheduling (scheduling appointments, canceling appointments, etc).
  • Light housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic/waiting area
  • Assist the therapy team in their day-to-day activities as needed
  • Perform other key tasks as assigned by the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is REQUIRED (experience with medical Spanish preferred) 
  • High School Diploma (minimum)
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to work with patients, physicians, and peers.
  • Ability to multitask successfully and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently without a high degree of oversight. 
  • Must have extensive computer experience and quickly adapt to changes in proc
  • Must be available to work M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm or M - F 1:00-6:00 p.m
