About this position
The HR Business Partner acts as a trusted business adviser to influence business leaders and to build, design, and execute the talent strategy that drives success for the company. Performs a full range of HR duties from a high-level strategy to program design to daily employee relations, HR data and analysis, change management, total rewards, workforce planning initiatives, and employee engagement.

What you'll do
- You are a trusted advisor to leaders and managers across all departments to help them with their business objectives while delivering their best work and building employee engagement.
- You serve as a business partner and performance consultant providing strategic human resources leadership to drive the successful execution of business strategies to optimize talent, structure, process, and culture.
- You Identify opportunities and risks by analyzing trends and metrics and partner with Operations leadership to develop solutions, programs, and policies to address business issues.
- You assist with creating, reviewing, and making recommendations for team member policies for staff around the globe and determining the appropriate policies to be implemented.
- You recommend and create procedures to continually improve and ensure compliance with company policies, practices, and federal, state, and local laws.
- You assist with employee relations in the US and international locations to ensure appropriate regulations and laws are followed.
- You assist with the annual performance review process and work with local management to develop resulting actions.
- You collaborate with leadership and other departments to create and drive effective employee engagement, employee relations, employee retention, career development, and total rewards programs to enhance the overall work experience of our employees.
- You assist in developing, implementing, and administrating performance management and workforce planning programs to help achieve company/department objectives and enhance employee development.
- You assist in creating key business metrics and analyzing data to drive critical business decisions.
- You work closely with the Benefits Team to distribute requested FMLA/non-FMLA leave information and promptly track, monitor, and follow up.
- You assist with Workers' Comp claims and administration.
- You build and maintain strong internal business partnerships. Gains an understanding of business knowledge by participating in client meetings and staying current on the industry.
You should have
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent years of related experience. A Master is preferred.
- You have 5 to 10 years within Human Resources, managing employee relations and investigations; Process improvement and administration experience required.
- You are bilingual in English and Spanish
- You know Performance Management Strategy.
- You have one of the following preferred Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.
- You maintain the confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- You have excellent time management and organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You can collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations.
- You value relationships and can influence others to develop relationships reflected in continuously positive experiences.
