What You'll do:

- Bridge departments and development teams to identify needs and propose technical strategies aligned with business goals and user-centered approaches;

- Develop engaging innovative features for websites;

- Take design mock-ups and convert them into visually appealing web experiences;

- Oversee the design system, collaborating with designers to scale it as the project grows. Ensure frontend components adhere to design principles and drive reusability, providing expert guidance and strategic direction.
Review other Developers work to ensure quality standards are maintained;

- Optimize user interface for maximum performance and scalability;

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality code standards and Outsystems best practices;

- Hybrid Work Model (Lisboa, Porto, Coimbra or others).

What You Are:

- Degree in Computer Science or similar;

- Proficient understanding of web technologies, including HTML and CSS;

- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks;

- Experience in Accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and responsive design principles;

- More than 4+ years of experience in web projects, ideally in OutSystems;

- Taste for developing web and mobile projects;

- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and collaborating with back-end/full-stack developers, Product Managers and UI/UX designers;

- Team spirit and good communication skills;

- Fluent in English.
