As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing FP&A solutions that align with business needs. You will work closely with clients, product managers, and development teams to ensure our FP&A product offerings deliver best-in-class functionality, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable FP&A solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

• Lead the technical implementation of our FP&A product offerings, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing systems.

• Collaborate with product managers to formulate solution strategies and technical requirements per product roadmaps and user requirements.

• Engage with clients to understand their financial planning needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and best practices for data modeling, planning and reporting, and AI architectural design.

• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of FP&A applications.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in enterprise planning technologies.

• Comfortable working under flexible schedules, tight deadlines, competing priorities, or ambiguous directions.

• Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role in FP&A or accounting software implementation.

• Hands-on experience with Anaplan or OneStream FP&A software mandatory.

• Proficiency in data integration, ETL processes, and APIs for financial data exchange.

• Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS-based FP&A solutions.

• Experience working with BI tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead discussions with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

• Experience in implementing AI/ML-driven financial planning solutions.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

 This position at o9 Solutions has an annual salary range of $122,400.00- $153,000.00. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in our medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.
