This role is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and file federal, state, local, and international income tax returns
  • Draft amended returns and supporting documentation
  • Calculate and document book-to-tax adjustments, apportionment, estimates, extensions, and depreciation
  • Prepare international statutory provisions and related workpapers
  • Coordinate with external providers on international tax compliance and adjustments
  • Support state audits and manage correspondence with taxing authorities
  • Independently resolve tax notices and inquiries from state and local agencies
  • Conduct research and contribute to special projects applying changing tax laws to business operations

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Must meet ONE of the following education requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting
    • Master's Degree in Accounting or Tax
    • Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Tax
  • Must have basic understanding of corporate income tax compliance
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
