The Opportunity:  

As a digital transformation consultant, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective understanding of the cross-functional utilization and requirements for facility space data is crucial for your client’s future. You’re eager to apply your advanced consulting experience and full defense asset management knowledge to develop creative solutions. We’re looking for someone like you to help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions. 

As a digital transformation consultant on our team, you’ll be trusted to guide our client's digital data quality and transformation efforts by implementing deliberate migration strategies, data quality initiatives, and user focused implementation support. Using tailored deployment strategies, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to implement transformative asset management systems.

  

In this role, you’ll directly impact defense enterprise facility space management. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:   

• 5+ years of experience with Air Force Construction Management
• Knowledge of Installation-level facility space management processes
• Knowledge of CAD standards
• Ability to tailor messages to stakeholder requirements 
• Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree

  

Nice If You Have:   

• Experience translating technical requirements for a non-technical audience   
• Knowledge of Agile software processes    
• Ability to work independently on a geographically dispersed team   
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Technical Management, or Business
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
