Ready to embrace your Vice?</p> <h3>Your Fairway</h3> <ul><li><strong>Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting:</strong> Continuously track campaign success using dashboards and data analysis, identifying key insights to drive performance improvements.</li><li><strong>Campaign Optimization &amp; Insights:</strong> Analyze campaign performance to uncover new opportunities and inefficiencies, sharing insights across departments and conducting research for future initiatives.</li><li><strong>Budget Allocation:</strong> Strategically distribute budgets across channels to maximize efficiency based on performance data.</li><li><strong>Partner &amp; Campaign Management:</strong> Oversee day-to-day operations of performance marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization to achieve business objectives.</li><li><strong>Strategic Planning:</strong> Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop and align campaign strategies.</li><li><strong>Creative Development:</strong> Work closely with design and influencer marketing teams to source and brief creative assets for paid media campaigns.</li><li><strong>Testing &amp; Experimentation:</strong> Develop structured testing plans for new opportunities, setting clear, measurable goals for evaluation.</li><li><strong>New Marketing Opportunities:</strong> Research, evaluate, and prioritize potential marketing channels and strategies.</li></ul> <h3>Your Scorecard</h3> <ul><li>Proven professional experience in paid digital marketing.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of key performance marketing tools including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.</li><li>Minimum one year experience managing customer acquisition campaigns on a major platform such as Google or Meta.</li><li>Experience managing campaigns on TikTok and X preferred.</li><li>Curiosity and willingness to try new things and never settle for the status quo.</li><li>Expert in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and basic knowledge of relevant performance marketing tools.</li><li>An analytical mindset – you understand that testing every assumption is vital to success, but measuring correctly and interpreting the results is just as important.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English.
