About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to join our TikTok LIVE team. This role will focus on identifying and securing partnership opportunities across various industries—including but not limited to gaming, entertainment, film, consumer goods, fashion, and media—with the goal of driving innovation and engagement within our LIVE ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (campaign operations, product, marketing) to design and execute compelling LIVE initiatives that not only engage creators but also create scalable business value for our partners.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop strategic partnerships across diverse sectors to enrich TikTok LIVE content and campaign experiences.

- Lead end-to-end collaboration with external clients, from outreach and proposal to execution and performance review.

- Translate business needs into integrated solutions, such as LIVE activations, co-branded campaigns, or product placement that align with creator strengths and community engagement.

- Support the operations team by providing resource-enabling partnerships that fuel creator participation, content innovation, and LIVE monetization.

- Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure external collaborations are aligned with TikTok LIVE's long-term roadmap.

- Conduct market research to identify potential partner categories and emerging trends in LIVE and content.
