In this pivotal role, you will lead performance engineering efforts across Monday, working closely with the entire R&amp;D departments. Your mission is establishing and implementing a comprehensive non-functional testing strategy to ensure system performance, stability, and availability. You will identify potential bottlenecks, define testing standards, and collaborate with development teams to optimize our platform's performance.</p><p><br/></p><p>The role is based in our Warsaw office - established in 2022, it is a growing hub for engineers who love solving impactful problems.
