Job Description

Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a seasoned, client-facing Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Marketing Agency team. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact digital initiatives for top-tier financial services clients, working with cutting-edge technologies and best-in-class brands. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of advertising and marketing-oriented services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Experience Required:

• 8–12 years of experience as a Project Manager or Digital Producer
• Minimum 4 years managing interactive/web projects in an agency or professional services environment
• Experience with financial services clients is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and document client objectives and project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, engineering) to estimate timelines, effort, and costs.
• Own project plans, deliverables, and quality assurance processes.
• Lead weekly client and internal meetings to review progress and reports.
• Maintain accurate schedules and forecasts.
• Manage team assignments and workload balancing.
• Track and reconcile project time and assist with client invoicing.
• Support clients with long-term planning and budgeting

Required Skills:

• Strong financial/commercial management (budgeting, estimating, forecasting).
• Proficiency in enterprise work management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Jira.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and documentation skill.
