The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Master Data Management IT Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Collaborating with business teams to define requirements, and implement solutions related to Master Data, and Reference Data.
- Analyzing and designing workflows.
- Performing IT System Testing for all MDM/RDM applications to ensure system requirements are met.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations through systems support including helpdesk and general troubleshooting.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and seven (7) years experience working on IT applications or in Operations in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) years experience working on IT applications or in Operations in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Operational experience with SAP, or Master data and processes, or Reference data and processes.
- Experience using/configuring MDG for any of the following: Customer, Supplier, Material, Finance, and/or experience using/configuring any RDM tool.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working on Validated applications.
- Experience with/knowledge of IT technologies such as WebServices/APIs, Coding (any language), SQL, querying/analyzing data.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
