Description
The Organizational Behavior (OB) Unit at Harvard Business School seeks candidates for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position. The Unit welcomes diverse theoretical, methodological, and disciplinary perspectives, including organizational behavior, organization studies, management, sociology, psychology, industrial relations, and related fields. The Unit is committed to advancing fundamental understanding of organizations, leadership, teams, management, and the psychological and sociological underpinnings of work while engaging questions of importance to business and society.

The 12-month base salary associated with these positions is $315,000. Exact compensation may be dependent on particular experience/expertise.
Qualifications
Applicants should have an outstanding record in their doctoral program and strong demonstrated potential to conduct research at the forefront of their field.
