Responsibilities
Assesses, consents and prepares patients for stress testing. Able to perform stress procedures under the direction of a cardiologist. Monitors patients before, during and after stress procedures. Assists other staff members with patient set up and associated paperwork. Assists with the maintenance of crash carts.
Qualifications
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Licensed as Paramedic
- Proficiency in identifying cardiac rhythms and understanding of 12 lead EKG interpretation.
