We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leadership Sourcer Contractor to support our recruiting team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier leadership talent to Collective Health. You will partner closely with Collective Health's leadership recruiter and senior level hiring managers to understand their strategic hiring needs and develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates.
Contract Duration: June 17, 2025 to December 31, 2025
What you will do:
- Leadership Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for leadership-level positions (e.g.,Director, VP, SVP, C-level).
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, networking, and creative search techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong network of leadership-level talent across relevant industries and functional areas.
- Proactively research and map target companies and talent pools.
- Partnership and Collaboration:
- Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on leadership talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with recruiters and other members of the People team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Candidate Engagement and Experience:
- Develop and implement effective outreach and engagement strategies to attract and cultivate relationships with leadership-level candidates.
- Conduct thorough initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape related to leadership talent.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and leadership on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline.
What you will bring:
- 8+ years of experience in sourcing/recruiting with a proven track record of successfully placing senior-level leaders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in the technology or healthcare industry.
- In-house recruiting experience is highly preferred.
- Expertise in a variety of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other online resources.
- Strong understanding of leadership-level roles and responsibilities across various functions (e.g., Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with leadership-level candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and accountability.
Pay Transparency Statement
This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid contractors are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (San Francisco, CA and Lehi, UT).
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
San Francisco, CA Pay Range
$80.00-$85.00/hour
Lehi, UT Pay Range
$60.00-$65.00/hour
Plano, TX Pay Range
$71.00-$75.00/hour
