Key Role:
Evolve product management capability and help to shape and execute product strategy and deliver capabilities for customers. Support the product life cycle, generate new ideas, and drive performance. Collaborate with technologists, data scientists, designers, and subject matter experts to develop vanguard solutions. Drive, prioritize, and refine product backlogs while solving complex business problems. Build products that are reliable and scalable in a creative way. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working with various functional and technical teams in a product manager role
Experience with writing user stories, building, and grooming product backlogs, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing backlogs
Experience in engaging with clients and delivering solutions
Experience with developing products in Agile, SAFE, and Kanban environments and tailoring Agile frameworks based on delivery needs
Experience in balancing client business requirements with the delivery team’s technical capacity
Experience in facilitating technical, functional, and operational discussions to bridge client requirements with implementable solutions
Experience with creating and managing MVP and Release product roadmaps through the product life cycle
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with using project management to create, implement, and track the delivery of product roadmaps
Experience with JIRA
Ability to motivate teams and clients to accomplish a common client vision
Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information across various technical and functional stakeholders
Possession of excellent analytical, presentation, and client-interfacing skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Agile Certification, including SAFE Practitioner, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Certified Scrum Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD).
