<p>YOUR WORK as a COUNTRY PROCUREMENT MANAGER<br/>
We are looking for a Country Procurement Manager for the Procurement department for our production locations in Dongen and Moerdijk. You will independently, based on forecasts and short/long-term needs, order raw materials and general materials according to the desired specifications and quality at the most optimal Supply Chain conditions from the selected suppliers. This involves ensuring strict compliance with agreements made regarding agreed performance and delivery times and the development, expansion and maintenance of relationships.</p>

The Country Procurement Manager act as a link between the suppliers on the one hand and Ardagh Glass Packaging Benelux on the other. You coordinate the needs for a request for an order and normal needs in the Netherlands. You also generate requests from suppliers in response to a request to place an order. You evaluate quotations based on delivery time and other delivery conditions, if necessary in direct consultation with the QA department and the applicant.</p>

<p>Further tasks are:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assess suppliers based on the defined criteria</li>
<li>Negotiate with suppliers, make agreements, agree on delivery conditions and initiate rolling forecasts and forecast needs into purchase orders or annual contracts based on forecasts and needs</li>
<li>Checking invoices and making invoices payable and the administrative handling of disputes and claims with suppliers</li>
<li>Informing the organization of possible optimizations and product improvements that can lead to cost savings</li>
<li>Accurate and careful execution of the administration and processing of data in the automation systems<br/>
</li>
</ul>

<p>WHAT YOU BRING</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a technical commercial direction supplemented with NEVI 1</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience in a similar role</li>
<li>Familiar with legal matters (purchase/sales conditions, import and export regulations).</li>
<li>Knowledge/experience with software, including Office and SAP</li>
<li>Communication skills, command of the Dutch (must) and English language, spoken and written, business and tactical, stress-resistant, team player, ethically aware of the procurement function and self-starting.</li>
<li>Living at a maximum of 45 minutes travel time from Dongen<br/>
</li>
