At Vision Health Specialties, our Mission is Save Eyes & Spark Joy! We’re looking for a warm, organized, and patient-focused individual to be the heartbeat of our front desk.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You’ll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.
Pay & Benefits:
• $14.50-16/hour

Schedule: (if work on a Saturday, 1 day off during the week!)
• Monday 7:30am-5:30pm
• Tuesday 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Wednesday 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions
• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations
• Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills
What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
