We are currently searching for an EPS Production Associate at our Rockford, MN location. This is a critical role responsible for correct assembly, packaging of finished goods, line operations and quality assurance checks.

Essential Duties:

Essential duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs all work in a safe manner; promotes and fosters a safe work environment.
• Responsible for understanding and assisting on-line operations. Duties to include:
• Monitors product quality through checks, counting, packaging, and removing defective products.
• Strings up the line, starts/stops and runs the line, and clears routine jams.
• Removes, collects, and grinds scrap product.
• Prepares packaging materials and equipment and performs all associated paperwork.
• Assembles finished product units.
• Assists in other areas of the plant as needed.

 Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar job/environment, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and ability.
