• Responsible for all Standard Testing life cycle processes and testing activities on various restaurant facing technologies.
• Involvement in validating various hardware devices like POS terminals, Payment devices, scanning devices etc. and responsible for test lab management activities.
• Participate in all Agile or Scrum ceremonies like Daily stand Ups, Sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives etc.
• Define scope and deliverables for assignment with ‘stakeholders’ and deliver assignment in accordance with agreed scope, time, financial and quality measures.
• Collaborate with Business Team, Development Team, Product Team, Vendor team, Cross Functional team across multiple geo locations to ensure right test coverage in place and quality of product/Service meets organization’s business requirement and quality standard;
• Work closely with multiple cross functional teams, project stake holders, QA leadership to communicate relevant Testing Status, Issues, Risks, provide test summary report reflecting quality attributes of software under test with minimal supervision from QA Manager.
• Partner with Test Automation and Performance Engineering team to identify scope of automation, help building effective test framework, work on test scripts as required, execution of automated test scripts and reports generation; and recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 6 years of related experience. Requires 6 years of experience performing Testing activities on various restaurant facing technologies (Point of sale, KIOKS, payment devices, kitchen displays, drive through timers), Backof house applications and all integrated applications with restaurant technologies. Collaborating with business team, development team , product Team, vendor team, cross functional team and participating in all Agile or Scrum ceremonies like Daily stand Ups, Sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives. Leading System, Integration, End-to-End Testing & Production Support Activities including QA Strategizing, Planning, QA Process Review, Reporting. Requires 5 years of experience Testing REST API using Robot Framework and SOAP UI/POSTMAN and databases like Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL and proficient with SQL queries. Requires 4 years of experience with Test Automation Framework and hands on experience with Test Automation tool. Continuous Integration Tools with source version control tools. Requires 3 years of experience with BDD based Testing methodology.
