ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Director, Consumer Product (Payments), you will be responsible for understanding and segmenting our consumers and leading the development and management of our consumer payment products. You will be extremely data-driven and will formulate your strategies by leveraging data insights.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to create and execute a product strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.  

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap for our consumer payment products that aligns with our company's vision and goals.
  • Work with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements and prioritize features and enhancements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to create effective product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to make product decisions, optimize features, and improve user experience.
  • Build and lead a team of product managers and other professionals to execute the product strategy and achieve business objectives.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 10 years + of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer payment products.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer payment products, preferably in a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for creating innovative products that solve customer problems and meet business objectives.
