FOOD RUNNER - Hells Kitchen

JOB SUMMARY:

Obtainsnecessary food items from kitchen and sets up in the LakeviewLounge.  Busses tables during the shift.

 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

·        Assuresthere is an adequate supply of china, silver, glassware and other food serviceaccessories at assigned stations at all times.

·        Clearstables of all items when customers have left and places soiled dishware intoappropriate compartments of the bus tub; disposes of garbage.

·        Setsup food/snack tables for guests.

·        Rollsbus tub cars into kitchen and unloads full bus tubs in designated dish area.

·        Assistsand takes direction from Maitre D Asst & Host

·        Familiarizesself with SOS behavior, and adheres to, the principles of excellent guestservice and interactive skills

EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE:  

·        HighSchool Diploma or equivalent preferred

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Fluentand literate in English

·        Mustbe 21 years of age.

·        Aboveaverage communication and personal interaction skills

·        Mustbe able to work a flexible schedule

·        Abilityto uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations andrecognize standards required by a regulated business

·        Actsas a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a creditto Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.  

·        Adheresto all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

 

PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTALDEMANDS:

·        Mobility to constantly move about the property

·        Ability to lift bus tubs weighing up to 30 lbs.

·        Abilityto handle multiple tasks simultaneously

·        Ability push/pull bus carts weighing up to 70 lbs.

·        Ability to stand/walk up to eight hours

·        Visual range must include near and far distances

·        Auditory range must include immediate environment

·        Ability to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs

·        Abilityto use repetitive hand motion, holding, grasping

 

Positionsthat have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy 
environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products.  Also, non-public contact positions may berequired to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with theirduties, and may be subject to the same environment.
