Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

RN/LPN: Must have Vent, Trach and G-tube experience or willingness to learn

Current Shift Needs:
 Saturday-Sunday, / 11am-5pm or 12pm to 6pm for Adult Case.  
(6hr Day Shift) 
RN Pay Rate $35/hr. and LPN Pay Rate $30/hr.

Saturday/Sunday/ Day Shift,8am-6pm, M-F, 8am -5pm for Adult Case. 
 RN Pay Rate $33/hr. and LPN Pay Rate $30/hr.

 Tuesday and Thursday Day Shift for Peds Case.  
 RN Pay Rate $32/hr. (Day Shift). and LPN Pay Rate $29/hr. (Day Shift) 

Every other Weekend Friday, Saturday Nights for Peds Case.
9pm-5am
RN Rate of Pay $30/hr. and LPN Rate of Pay $28/hr.

Thursdays/Fridays/Sundays Day Shift for Peds Case.
6am-6pm (12 hr. shifts)
RN Rate of Pay $32/hr. and LPN Rate of Pay $29/hr.

Day Shift for Peds Case in Marion Oaks Area.
7am-7pm (12 hr. shifts)
RN Rate of Pay $31/hr. and LPN Rate of Pay $28/hr.

Work an average of 20 hours weekly and receive a bonus after 6 months of continuous employment. Paid annually thereafter.

RN: $750

LPN: $500

CNA/HHA: $250

Responsibilities:

Every day is different in-Home Care. Our Home Health Staff care for ill, injured or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in private homes. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications:

• Current medical license or certification in the state of Florida
