Who You Are
The mission of Justworks’ Product Marketing team is to deliver the right product, to the right audience, using the right message. We love using products as a vehicle to represent the voice of the customer and foster strategic innovation by translating our deep understanding of customer and market needs into product opportunities.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with experience in payments, pricing, billing, and/or tax management. This role will focus on leading the development of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, with a focus on accounting experience. You’ll work closely with our customer-facing teams to ensure product adoption. You’ll use strategic insights and market evidence to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our buyers.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Lead and execute multi-channel product launches or adoption campaigns from conception to post-launch measurement and reporting.
- Develop OKRs and KPIs to track the effectiveness of new product and partner marketing go-to-market strategy and delivery, as well as existing product adoption initiatives.
- Conduct customer and prospect research to inform feature development and positioning.
- Identify opportunities post-launch within the product that will improve customer adoption, and work with product teams to prioritize against the roadmap based on customer needs.
- Lead development of communication tools and collateral to promote new features, functionality, and services to both prospects and existing customers (e.g. sales collateral and rollout/release communications such as demos, presentations, release videos, client emails, FAQs, etc.)
- Support the Content team in the creation of product-related blog posts, case studies, white papers, and collateral
- Develop and maintain ongoing knowledge and mastery of the Justworks financial personas and accounting integrations.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of how Justworks’ products compare to competition and market needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
