As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Specialist in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier hotel location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication to guests and staff. In this unarmed role, you will support a welcoming environment through routine patrols while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of being agile, reliable, innovative, and acting with integrity through teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property, including lobbies, hallways, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for unusual activity, access concerns, and/or maintenance-related issues, and report observations according to site-specific procedures.
• Support front-facing operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and documenting incidents and/or daily activity as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
