Paradigm Treatment Centers provides personalized residential psychiatric treatment for California and Texas teens and young adults from ages 12 to 26. With transformative residential facilities in Malibu, California, San Rafael, California, and now within the Austin, Texas area! Paradigm has more than a decade of experience in helping adolescents and young adults address the mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges that are holding them back.

As an Adolescent Therapist here with Paradigm Treatment Centers, you will be presented with the unique opportunity to provide intensive individual, group, and family therapy to youth clients on their journey to mental wellness.

As an Adolescent Therapist, You Will:

• Provide comprehensive therapy for adolescents with anxiety, depression, and other mental health and behavioral health issues including substance abuse and other co-occurring disorders.
• Maintain in-depth documentation for clinical findings and observations regarding interactions with all assigned patients.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews with parents and clients, and synthesize/disseminate significant information to team members.
• Develop and manage rapport with each assigned patient along 28 to 90-day mental wellness journey here with Paradigm Treatment Centers.
• Complete and assist participants in aftercare and discharge planning in partnership with patient family members and additional clinical team.

Exciting Qualities You May Have:

• Previous experience in a clinical setting
• Experience in mental/behavioral health
• Passion and excitement for working with adolescents!
• Complete License current with the State of Texas registration
• Team player willing to work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals in treatment planning and provision of care

Compensation: $70,000 per year
