We are looking for a Director, US Communications with these qualities to join Kyndryl. The Director, US Communications is responsible for executing an internal and external communications strategy and plans to ensure that Kyndryl’s more than 80,000 global employees are informed, our company is positioned as an employer of choice., and that our customers and potential customers are up to date with how we can provide the most effective services and consultation. They are responsible for all elements of the internal and external communications plans, from strategic plan development through tactical execution. They will be collaborative, but also very comfortable and driven working independently and working closely with senior leaders within the organization. They will work with other key KD executives, Public Relations, Human Resources and other departments to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategic internal & external communications plans and tactics that helps further the Company's plan, builds brand, and informs key stakeholders (employees, customers, investors, etc.) of progress made of the Company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement programs to communicate Kyndryl's business objectives, culture and values.
Designs, develops, edits, and provides guidance on content and style of all materials.
Closely partners with Kyndryl's U.S. President, to clearly articulate business objectives and develops communications strategies that supports and drives those objectives.
Evaluates fit with target audience and implements metrics to evaluate effectiveness of communication plan delivery.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $146,040 to $277,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $160,680 to $322,769
Colorado: $146,040 to $277,320
New York City: $175,080 to $332,760
Washington: $160,680 to $305,160
