As we continue to scale, we're looking for an Executive Assistant who'll partner with and support our CEO. If you enjoy getting in the weeds and thrive in an ambiguous environment, we'd love to meet you. This role will require you to be in the office when the CEO is in.
What You'll Do...
Support the CEO located on the West Coast
Manage day-to-day calendar and travel coordination
Be the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Coordinate and help plan company off-sites and meetings, special projects, and other internal/external initiatives
Serve as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management team
Handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously
Participate as an adjunct member of the executive team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings
What We're Looking For...
You are flexible and responsive outside of normal business hours
You have 5+ years supporting a CEO and worked in a highly detail-oriented role
You can live in the details but also take it several levels up and interact seamlessly with executives
You are resourceful; you might not have all the answers, but you know how to find them
You have the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
You have strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
You have very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and customers
You have demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
You are a highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
You can be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
You have demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
You are a forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
