Sr. Business Analyst

Position Summary: Copper River Cyber Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work under the Project Manager’s direction to conduct extensive research and monitor business processes and portfolio health. The Senior Business Analyst supports high-quality information dissemination by the Defense Health Agency (DHA for informed decision-making)

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide expert business management and acquisition support for J-3/5/7.
• Assist with the interpretation and implementation of federal acquisition policy and regulations.
• Address numerous Ad Hoc projects and programs to enhance DHA/A&E efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of the following:
• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
• Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
• Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2)
• Situation Report (SITREP)
• Other official documents, agreements, systems, and tools (daily)
• Create, manage, update, analyze, prepare, and present various planned reports and technical reviews as requested for leadership (daily)
• Coordination of documents by appropriate stakeholders, managing meetings and leadership briefings (daily)
• Managing and updating the J-357 task lists (daily)

Essential Job Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science/finance/business with 3-5 years of experience
• Required Knowledge/Experience:
  • Extensive experience with data and risk analysis.
    • Possesses a working knowledge of DoD and federal government procurement practices.
    • DHA experience preferred.
    • Must have oral and written presentation skills to a large audience.
    • Possesses and consistently demonstrates effective and efficient time management practices.
    • Proficient in MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
