Keep reading… A day in the life…Wondering what a day in the life of a Lead CT Tech at The Iowa Clinic might look like?

• Functions as staff CT Technologist while coordinating daily operations of assigned clinical areas.
• Collaborates with the Supervisor in orienting, training, scheduling, and providing input for staff evaluations. 
• Directs the work of staff level employees within the department and performs diagnostic and interventional CT procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative for CT technology under the direction of a Physician. 
• Participate in a department potluck or team building activity over lunch.

• Be a positive, professional representative of The Iowa Clinic.
• Leave in the evening – hooray for working standard clinic hours!

This job might be for you if you have…Education

• Completion of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology required. 
• ARRT Registered and current State of Iowa permit to practice required. 
• CT Certification Required.

• Two years applicable clinical experience in medical imaging and systems environment preferred.
