Fast-moving, people-first and built on ownership and transparency.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities as Customer Success Manager</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead post-implementation projects: analyse client needs, configure KPIs and deploy advanced reporting across P&amp;L, cash flow and balance sheet.</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay proactively in touch with your client portfolio and suggest new performance analyses including dashboards, budgeting scenarios and forecasts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support Sales during demos by bringing financial credibility and validating solution fit for prospects.</p> </li> <li> <p>Design reliable financial data models and translate complex business needs into product improvements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build long-term client partnerships through expertise, trust and a high level of satisfaction.</p> </li> </ul> <p>You are the bridge between controlling knowledge, client success and product evolution.</p> <p><strong>Your profile as Customer Success Manager</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Management or Economics</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent in French or Dutch</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p>
