Job Description

• Sales responsibility for existing and new business in Spain, France and Eastern Europe in the dental segment
• Acquisition of new customers, business expansion with existing customer relationships and the demand-oriented further development of the product portfolio to deliver input for the dental segment strategy
• Build dealer network, plan Co-Marketing activities and increase sales of private label and branded products
• Responsibility for sales and forecast planning by using the internal CRM and documents
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and reaching business goals
• Proposal formulation including price recommendations based on internal guidelines and cooperation with in-house counsel during negotiations of Terms and Conditions, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Supply and Distribution Agreements

Qualifications

• Min. bachelor’s degree in business management
• Proven experience (5 years +) in substantially similar roles
• Hands- on experience in medical devices sales, ideally in the dental segment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the customer
• Commercial mindset and outstanding negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM tools, like f. e. Sales Force are an advantage
• Business fluency in Spanish and English completes your profile
