Department: Global Cash Operations
Functions/Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager will manage service delivery ensuring a best in class Center Of Excellence for Sun Chemical’s Treasury. This role will manage 7-10 individuals along with external and strategic business unit relationships.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the overall activities related to Global Cash Operations team to ensure timely and accurate processing and internal customer follow-up. Including responsibility for the quality of the team’s work.
- Manage the Global Cash Operations team’s performance at the individual level including but not limited to attendance, individual metrics, and performance reviews.
- Review metrics and KPIs to allow for enhanced strategic and operational decision making.
- Monitors and ensures external customers and strategic business units satisfaction is achieved.
- Analyze for root-cause issue resolution, leveraging subject matter expertise.
- Work with technical support and strategic business units to investigate issues and new opportunities seeking effective business solutions through improvements.
- Manage service level agreements determining and maintaining to ensure fulfillment of KPI’s. Provide continuous and demonstrable improvement of productivity resulting in increased cost effectiveness and value.
- Provides work direction for the operations and leads designated projects.
- Promote strong collaborative relationships between the Global Cash Operations Team and all other shared service teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of accounting experience
- Undergraduate degree in accounting required
- Shared service center experience desired
- Familiarity with SAP a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite expertise preferred

MBA / CTP preferred
