Senior HR Transformation Projects Manager (f/m/x)

<p>Your role</p><ul><li><p>As HR Transformation Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and management of multiple global ZEISS HR-projects and initiatives with focus on transformation and digitalization, process standardization and optimization in close cooperation with diverse stakeholder groups across the ZEISS group</p></li><li><p>As a direct reportee of the Head of GFT T&amp;O, you will act as a strategic partner of the global HR Community, and identify new global projects and potential areas for a digital Transformation</p></li><li><p>You are responsible for setting up, synchronizing, and supporting global, group-wide HR transformation projects and the execution of selected cross-functional projects</p></li><li><p>You will work with global project teams and coordinate internal and external resources, manage the strategic projects within scope, schedule, and timelines with the project staff from various functional departments. As well as enable and create the design of processes, workflows, and best practices within Workday</p></li><li><p>You will act as Demand Manager to guide through the Evaluation, Design, Implementation, Training and Communication processes for digital transformation projects in HR</p></li><li><p>You will coordinate the functional valuation of highly dependent requirements and ensuring the smooth scheduling of them within stand-alone and connected projects</p></li><li><p>Also, you will help collect learnings within the HR Organization, to be integrated into new projects</p></li><li><p>Hence you will communicate through the projects and ensure change management is carried out in the implementation and post go live within the HR Organization for technical and functional solutions</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Your profile</p><ul><li><p>An excellent University degree in a business, IT or tech related program (Masters preferred)</p></li><li><p>5 years of professional experience in a leading project role within HR or HRIS</p></li><li><p>Track record of successfully leading large projects or programs in the area of HR Transformation</p></li><li><p>Intercultural experience in multinational projects</p></li><li><p>Experienced in stakeholder management, confident appearance towards different hierarchies and target groups</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills as well as the empathy to productively collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds (cultural, national,….)</p></li><li><p>Pro-active and hands-on approach to challenges and getting things done mindset</p></li><li><p>Analytical and conceptual thinking and passion for challenges</p></li><li><p>Fluent English and German language skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Your ZEISS Recruiting Team:</p>Galina Elsenhans
