Working Student (m/f/d) Customer Quality Development

As part of our Customer Quality Development Team, you will support the delivery of our Strategy 2030 initiatives and the implementation of our Quality Promises across the organization. The role combines project coordination, performance monitoring and data-driven analysis to ensure transparency and continuous improvement while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. 

• You will work on exciting projects for Strategy 2030 that will help deliver Quality promises
• You will be responsible for updating and consolidating our internal reports related to Quality promises
• You will support our project teams in performance management and progress on Quality promises
• You will contribute to the comprehensive preparation and provision of decision-critical data, as well as the acquisition of new insights by developing meaningful reports
• You will support the preparation and follow-up of meetings (coordination, data analysis) and be available for ad-hoc support, e.g., for the creation of presentations/documents
• You will assist our project teams in monitoring project progress and addressing anticipated challenges
• You will support project teams to ensure that Quality Promises and metrics are accurately tested and validated before implementation
• You will support the Business Owner/Quality Promise Owner with process mapping, validation, and relevant data analysis for Quality Promise implementation

• You are currently completing a degree (full-time enrollment) with a focus on logistics, supply chain, business administration, engineering or economics
• You enjoy working analytically and conceptually and, in addition to your very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• You are interested in further developing your skills in using BI tools such as Qlik Sense
• Very good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
• You don't just set goals, you pursue them and have successfully completed them in the past
