Executive Assistant

<h2><b></b></h2> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our Executive Office team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Executive Team, playing a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and enabling Executives to focus on strategic business initiatives.</p><h2><b>Your main responsibilities:</b></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact between assigned Executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications and ensuring seamless coordination</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage complex Executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and handle scheduling conflicts with efficiency and diplomacy</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare Executives for meetings by creating agendas, reviewing documents, and providing detailed briefings</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with leadership to support the planning, execution, and communication of key organizational initiatives</p> </li> <li> <p>Draft, review, and manage executive-level communications such as emails, reports, and presentations</p> </li> <li> <p>Filter and prioritize incoming communications, involving executives only when necessary to ensure their time is focused on strategic decisions</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversee high-priority projects, tracking progress and ensuring objectives and deadlines are met</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with the Executive Office Manager and team to align on priorities and maintain an organized, efficient work agenda</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide administrative support for company-wide initiatives, events, and strategic planning</p> </li> <li> <p>Take ownership of special assignments or tasks delegated by executives, demonstrating initiative and accountability</p> </li> </ul><h2><b>This is the right job for you if:</b></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Executive Members, preferably in an international environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven experience in e-commerce or marketplace is a plus</p> </li> <li> <p>Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, foster collaboration, and gain the respect of stakeholders and colleagues</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities and cultures</p> </li> <li> <p>High level analytical skills and experience with data collection and analysis</p> </li> <li> <p>A proactive, goal-driven, and business-oriented mindset</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to respond to pressure, deal with adversity, and overcome challenges</p> </li> <li> <p>English level min C1</p> </li> <li> <p>Driving licence cat.
