In May 2023, a new Director of Procurement joined Aircall to create and develop the procurement function. Today, Aircall is looking for an intern to support the procurement function ignition, both at an operational and organizational level.

Your missions
1/ Support and manage request for proposals (RFP):- Collect and consolidate requirements- Prepare the RFP documents: requirements, RFP timeline, NDA- Source suppliers- Launch RFP- Collect and analyze financial proposals- Define negotiation strategy- Contract negotiations- Award selected supplier
2/ Build the procurement foundations @Aircall:- Update procurement categories and procurement items- Update suppliers classification (strategic / major / standard) - Collect contract information and build the contract database- Map the software stack per team / usage- Run market analysis on specific key categories- Complete saving reports

Expected skills & background

• Hard skills: Analytical, Data driven, Synthetical, First experience in project management
• Soft skills: Curious, Good listener, Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English, Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Background: Bachelor or Master degree in business management (university / business school / engineering school)
