The Opportunity:
We are looking to hire an Aviation Consulting Analyst to work on strategic growth opportunities related principally to the US Airport market. The individual will be a recent Masters degree graduate who can apply marketing analytics and agile methodology to new product development challenges in a complex environment.
Job Description:
As an Aviation Consulting Analyst in our Boston (Cambridge) office, you will play a key role advancing one or more specific new service offerings built around concepts of Marketing Analytics. Working with a team of Aviation and technology experts, you will drive (where appropriate) and support an agile process that encompasses: market research, baselining ICF’s current products, developing new offerings, building prototype IP, and analyzing the business case to bring a new service offering to market.
Key Responsibilities:
Build effective team relationships with ICF’s experts.
Research competitor activities and industry trends.
Map current analytical processes and consulting outputs.
Design and test next-generation algorithms and deliverables.
Write reports and presentations to synthesize analyses.
Structure agile workshops to advance new product concepts and prototypes.
Draft persuasive arguments that include financial analysis and marketing insights.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Graduate coursework in Marketing Analytics, Business Modeling and other statistical and quantitative analysis.
Curiosity, self-motivation and ability to work with professionals from a wide range of disciplines and backgrounds.
Interest in energy, environment or transportation industries.
Demonstrated analytical aptitude and exposure to quantitative model development.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Strong verbal and written command of English language.
Insight about people in multi-cultural settings.Strong communication abilities, applicable to business setting.
Understanding of finance fundamentals.
Experience with agile project management.
Ability to work effectively with minimal direction and collaborate productively with a team.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work within multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams spread across different countries and time zones.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Thoughtful and persuasive in written work based on empathy with the intended audience.
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Management, Business Analytics, Marketing Communication or Finance.
This is a hybrid role as the individual is expected to work on-site in ICF’s Cambridge office at least three days per week. This is a full-time position that is expected to last 12-16 weeks.
