About the role

ICF Aviation, Travel and Tourism:

ICFs Aviation, Travel and Tourism practice is one of the world's largest expert teams focused on the aviation industry. Aviation is, by its nature, a global industry, and we work together as a single global team from our offices in the UK, Spain, India and the US to offer global solutions to our clients. As a member of our consulting team you will have the opportunity to engage with colleagues and projects across all regions and service lines. A more complete description of ICF experience and capabilities can be seen by visiting our web site, https://www.icf.com/aviation.

We are addressing some of the most important issues facing the aviation industry and society. In the past year, we have advised on:

  • Strategies for airlines to meet ambitious sustainability goals, including negotiating multi-year agreements to purchase Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Members of the ICF team were on Virgin Atlantic’s first all-SAF transatlantic flight!

  • Digitally-enabled programs to optimize aircraft maintenance, saving millions of dollars at the time of aircraft lease return.

  • New uses of AI to manage providers of ground support and maintenance at one of the world’s largest airlines.

  • Digital modernization strategy for one of the largest US airports, enabling new digital twins technology to support integrated management.

  • Recommendations to mitigate the long-term financial impact of airline labor deals that were signed during COVID at a major European airline.

  • And many more!
