Responsibilities:

• Implement a utility-wide data governance framework
• Lead data quality improvement efforts across data lake systems
• Work with Snowflake, Azure, or similar environments
• Conduct regular reporting on dataset maturity and usage
• Train teams in data management best practices

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in data engineering, analytics, or governance
• Strong experience with utility, municipal, or regulated environments
• Track record of delivering dashboards, forecasts, and audit trails

Certifications (Required or Preferred):

• CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)
• Snowflake SnowPro Core or Advanced
• Microsoft Azure Data Manager
• CAP (Certified Analytics Professional)
