<strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><br/>职责范围Scope：<br/>• 组织协调非波兰仓群的计划生产计划发布 - Organize production plans for the Non-PL EU warehouses<br/>• 监控滚测及排产的预实达成与归因分析 - Monitor the planned versus actual fulfillment of rolling tests and production scheduling, and conduct root cause analysis<br/>• 协调EU多仓资源交互，确保整体运营 - Coordinate resource interactions among multiple EU warehouses to ensure overall operations<br/>工作明细清单 Job Description：<br/>1、排产计划：基于S&amp;OP与现场运营情况，组织落地排产计划<br/>2、运营协调：搭建生产协调机制，包含资源协调，异常反馈，大促/积压响应等<br/>3、运营监控：搭建过程管理监控机制，包含产能达成报表，归因分析，不断优化产能达成率<br/>4、到货入仓：协调到货入仓物流信息对接（路由信息，收货信息，交付信息）<br/>，并建设入仓管理标准规范，确保到货准确性<br/>5、清仓退供协同：周期组织供应计划，落地退供清仓方案与计划，确保风险库存清退<br/>6、控产限流：基于计划运营机制，建立控产限流机制与执行策略，管控整体出库产能风险<br/>1. Production Scheduling: Organize and implement production scheduling plans based on S&amp;OP and on-site operations.<br/>2. Operations Coordination: Establish a production coordination mechanism, including resource coordination, exception handling, and response to promotional/overstock events.<br/>3. Operations Monitoring: Establish a process management and monitoring mechanism, including capacity achievement reports and root cause analysis, to continuously optimize capacity fulfillment rates.<br/>4. Inbound Logistics: Coordinate the integration of inbound logistics information (routing, receiving, delivery details), and develop inbound management standards and specifications to ensure delivery accuracy.<br/>5. Inventory Clearance and Supplier Returns Coordination: Periodically organize supply planning, implement inventory clearance and supplier return plans, and ensure risk inventory is cleared.<br/>6. Production and Flow Control: Based on planning and operations mechanisms, establish and execute production and flow control strategies to manage overall outbound capacity risks.<br/><br/><strong>Job Requirements</strong><br/>1、本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言沟通；<br/>2、3年及以上物流管理、仓储流程、供应链管理、计划管理等其中一项经验；<br/>3、熟悉操作Visio、XMind、Excel、Word、Powerpoint、SQL等工具，熟悉WMS系统以及办公软件；<br/>4、熟悉电商仓储生产模式，了解仓储各细分生产环节，可独立进行库容规划及生产计划；<br/>5、熟悉函数优先，数据分析能力强；思维逻辑清晰，具备项目管理思路；沟通协调能力强，善于表达，有统筹能力。<br/><br/>1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with English proficiency for professional communication.<br/>2. At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: logistics management, warehouse operations, supply chain management, or planning management.<br/>3. Proficient in tools such as Visio, XMind, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, familiar with WMS systems and office software.<br/>4. Familiar with e-commerce warehouse production models, knowledgeable about various warehouse operation segments, and able to independently plan warehouse capacity and production schedules.<br/>5.
