Dishwasher / Utility Person

Description

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and efficient dishwasher to join our team. The role of the restaurant dishwasher is crucial to the success of our kitchen operations. Responsibilities include

- Wash, rinse, sanitize, and dry all dishes, utensils, and cookware promptly and efficiently.

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, floors, and walls regularly.

- Assist with organizing and stocking kitchen supplies and ensuring they are easily accessible.

- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the kitchen manager immediately.

- Support the kitchen team with food preparation, as needed.

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations and protocols.

- Taking garbage/trash to dumpster area

- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety. Requirements:

Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend and reach as needed.

- Good communication skills to work effectively with other team members.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.

- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Experience a plus but not required.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
