Human Resources Business Partner - Operations (Mid-Level)

About the role:We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the Infinitus team to facilitate both tactical and strategic organizational goals. We are a Series-B healthtech startup that has built an AI platform to automate the routine, tedious phone calls so that healthcare providers can focus on taking care of patients. This position will report to the People Operations Lead and be responsible for supporting People Ops functions with a focus on supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of HR experience and a minimum of three years of experience working with hourly, non-exempt employees. The candidate will possess a deep understanding of employee relations work. This person will work closely with leaders across the company and will help determine strategy, key milestones, and provide updates to relevant teams and partners.

At Infinitus, you will:

• Focus on our Operations team and utilize a data driven approach to identify trends and recommend solutions for employee performance, retention, engagement, and DEI
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for employee relations matters
• Help lead employee onboarding, orientation and exit processes for the Operations team
• Manage our HRIS: Payroll, Offer letters, Record keeping, Employee reporting
• Facilitate annual benefits renewals, perks, handbook updates
• Assist with the preparation of the performance review process
• Work on employee recognition programs, employee engagement & development
• Work on team building initiatives, facilitate group discussions, plan leader development
• Work on remote culture development and augmentation

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a deep understanding of employee relations practices, including conducting investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organization.
• Has a proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Will work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Will interact effectively with people across every part of the organization
• Has the ability to thrive in a “startup” environment: This person will like to wear several hats, take on ambiguous challenges, and operate autonomously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR/People Ops generalist experience in various environments
• 3+ years of experience working with hourly, non-exempt employees
• PHR or SHRM qualification is an added bonus
