By joining our team, you will contribute to a culture where every idea counts and every team member plays an integral role in our success.</p><p>Have you taken a break and are looking at returning to the workplace? a retiree looking for a way back into work (part-time)? or maybe your simply looking for a refreshing change in direction and would take on a fixed term contract. well maybe this is for you.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>Provide comprehensive legal counsel to various business units including Intermediates, Performance Materials, and Specialty Materials.</li> <li>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, with a focus on purchasing and sales contracts.</li> <li>Support management in all commercial legal matters and advise on strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Assess potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.</li> <li>Stay updated with changes in legislation and legal precedents.</li> <li>Train commercial teams on relevant legal aspects to foster a culture of compliance and awareness.</li> <li>Work closely with external legal counsel for specialized legal matters as necessary.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Fully qualified lawyer with appropriate credentials (German and/or Dutch) and a solid academic background.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an international law firm or legal department of a multinational corporation.</li> <li>Proven experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, preferably within the manufacturing sector.</li> <li>Fluency in English, German, and ideally Dutch.</li> <li>Strong commercial awareness, particularly in the manufacturing or chemical industries.</li> <li>Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions and demonstrate a proactive approach.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex legal issues effectively.</li> <li>Strong analytical and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Team-oriented with experience in a multicultural environment and a customer service mindset.</li> <li>Experience in competition law and data protection law is a plus.</li> <li>Familiarity with legal tech innovations is an added advantage.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Competitive Compensation:</p><p>Join us at Envalior and enjoy competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and individual performance bonuses, ensuring your hard work is recognized and rewarded.</p><p>Comprehensive Benefits:</p><p>Your well-being matters to us.
