💰 Pay Range: $145,000.00 - $165,000.00 

 

The base salary range for this position is $145,000 – $165,000 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. Candidates hired in Southern California or Bay Area locations may have higher starting salaries due to cost of living and market data differences. Aspiranet is seeking a visionary, strategic, and collaborative leader to serve as our Division Director – Intensive Home Based Services (IHBS). In this executive leadership role, you will oversee a dynamic, multi-county portfolio of behavioral health programs serving children, youth, and families experiencing significant emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

📝 Position Summary 

Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the Division Director provides strategic and operational leadership for a large-scale portfolio of IHBS programs across California. 

 

This role is responsible for program excellence, fiscal stewardship, regulatory compliance, and measurable outcomes while driving innovation, expansion, and continuous quality improvement. The Division Director develops high-performing leadership teams, strengthens community partnerships, and serves as a key member of Aspiranet’s senior leadership team. 

 

📊 Scope of Leadership 

• Programs operating across 8 California counties 

• Oversight of approximately 250 full-time equivalent staff 

• Management of a $30M annual operating budget 

 

🔍 Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Leadership 

• Set vision and direction for the IHBS Division aligned with organizational priorities 

• Lead program development, expansion, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives 

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities through RFPs, RFQs, grants, partnerships, and funding opportunities 

• Represent Aspiranet with county behavioral health agencies, state agencies, funders, and community stakeholders
