We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include:

• Responsible for accurate and timely weekly payroll processing for multiple entities and locations, including timecard recordkeeping and review of payroll reports
• Payroll allocations of shared service employees to multiple entities
• Manage and maintain employee payroll records
• HR administrative assistance including employee on-boarding, PTO management, coordinating benefits enrollments, etc.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:

• Proven working experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
• Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
