Director, Supplier Uplift in Support of AUKUS

Job Description:

• Serve as Orbis PM for the Joint Venture with Honeywell for Supplier Uplift in Support of AUKUS
• Provide subject matter expertise in support of TeamSub efforts to include VACL material strategy and cross functional team (CFT) support which includes leading Critiques, analyzing data, support policy and procedure development; support modeling and analysis of SSN(X) sustainment options; lead modelling efforts.
• Support business development across multiple domains, with emphasis on TeamSub and technology.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• 10+ years experience in nuclear capable working in / providing oversight of nuclear capable shipyards, public and private
• Experience and knowledge of shipyard and manufacturing industries management information systems to include scheduling systems, earned value management systems (EVMS)
• Experience and knowledge of drivers for shipyard, manufacturing, and supply support performance and knowledge and experience assessing performance, identifying key drivers, identifying solutions, and managing solutions.
• Experience and knowledge of designing, developing, running, and interpreting models of shipyard, manufacturing, and supplier process at multiple scales.

Degree Requirements:

•   Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline required; Masters of Science preferred.

• Must have or be able to obtain a secret clearance
