The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Management professional to join Kyndryl’s Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Kyndryl Talent Journey strategy and related initiatives across the organization. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with HR functional leadership to ensure that processes, initiatives and communications align with the overall talent strategy and Kyndryl’s strategic objectives and the Kyndryl Way.
Help move the needle on enterprise talent goals/objectives by taking ownership of the Talent Journey, including:
Painting the picture of what it is, why it matters, and how each HR vertical fits into it
Helping Kyndryls at all career stages understand what they can do to grow and advance their careers by leveraging the Talent Journey
Working closely with each HR team to ensure that their various purposes and initiatives are reflected appropriately in the Talent Journey and are interconnected
Working closely with Communications and Change Management colleagues to bring the Talent Journey to life with clear, simple messages and change strategies
Build relationships across HR to be able to act as a strategic talent partner that can connect dots and pull together cross-HR initiatives that intersect. Lead and/or lean in on key initiatives TBC - e.g., could include:
Determining path forward with skills (architecture, technology enablement, engagement of employees, linkage to Talent Journey)
Helping the Talent Management COEs with new program build
Define the requirements for associated training and development programs to help managers and employees understand and effectively use talent tools and processes.
Leverage HR technologies, such as Workday, to run and continuously enhance talent processes and user experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in talent management and make recommendations to continually improve offerings.

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in talent management
Strong experience implementing talent management programs and delivering results. Experience with Workday is a must
Proven experience leading large scale, global planning initiatives and delivering results
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations to improve talent management practices
Sourcing, selection, and management of vendors where appropriate
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $146,040 to $277,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California:$160,680 to $332,760
Colorado: $146,040 to $277,320
New York City: $175,080 to $332,760
