Job Description:

Grand Villa of Clearwater is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our senior living facility. The ideal candidate will work Friday and Saturdays from 3-11p, providing essential nursing care to our residents and ensuring their well-being in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.

- Assist with daily living activities and promote residents' independence and dignity.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida.

- Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
