Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to become an Assistant Site Coordinator. The Assistant Site Coordinator will assist in the collaboration of overseeing the comprehensive Expanded Learning school-based programming at Francis Scott Key ES. Programs operate throughout the school year (before school, school day, afterschool and summer), five days a week, between 10:00am- 6:00pm. This is a supervisory position.

Qualifications:
● 1-2 years experience in a K-5 setting
● Available Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, afternoons until 6:00 pm
● Commitment to social justice, youth leadership and development
● Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
● Be able to communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders
● Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:
● Assist the Program Coordinator in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the program at the school site
● Support program coordinator in supervision and safety of the program
● Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students ● Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom and on the campus
Preferred:
● Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese OR Spanish is preferred.
● Commitment to a full school year, commitment to participate in professional development.
