You Are:
The Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities and secure facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer all aspects of industrial security for multiple programs in compliance with the NISPOM, ICDs and other applicable government security directives.
- Responsible for security operations and response for an office in Annapolis Junction, MD. Candidate would be expected to work on site.
- Provide direct support for facility security, visit certifications, document control, physical security, including alarm responses.
- Conduct self-inspections; manage preparations for and support of security inspections and audits by government security personnel.
- Routinely interact with both internal and external customers in support of program-related activities.
Here's What You Need:
- Must be U.S. Citizen
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph to be considered for this position.
- 6+ years of industrial security experience.
- Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), ICD 705, and other IC policies and directives.
- Hands on experience with SCIF management and operations.
- Working knowledge of DISS, Scattered Castles, SIMS, and ACS/IDS systems.
- Completed COMSEC training and working knowledge of DIAS.

- Candidate should have excellent communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Able to operate independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and identify solutions.
- Working knowledge of the NISPOM, ICDs, and Executive Orders, to ensure security compliance.
- Previous security experience with the Intelligence Community
- Knowledge of the various security disciplines such as physical security, personnel security, information system security and industrial security to determine, apply, and monitor appropriate security requirements for assigned programs.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
- California: $105,200 - $196,500
- Colorado: $105,200 - $169,700
- New York: $97,300 - $196,500
- Washington State: $112,100 - $180,700
