Associate Commercial Collections Representative

About this role:

In this role, you will:

• Maintain a high-quality account portfolio through the maintenance, collections, restructuring, modification, refinancing, transferring and file updating on all leases, lease purchases, conditional sales contracts and promissory notes

• Disposition equipment through sales, renewal and release on all terminations

• Utilize a solid understanding of company policies, procedures and collection systems in performance of duties

• Receive direction from supervisors

• Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives

• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

• Interact with internal customers

• Receive direction from leaders

• Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Commercial Collections experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

• Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

• Ability to influence and drive for results and process improvement

• Possess a high level of drive and enthusiasm
